It could be a yeast infection or BV. You may go visit local doctor to have it diagnosed. Some tests may be required. 
Such a symptom can occur if you have UTI as well. And UTI also causes frequent or urgent urinating. 
Don't worry, it's nothing serious, you can be treated soon once it is diagnosed.
