Can Yoga Be a Good Way for Treating Blocked Fallopian Tubes?

Sitting for a long time will slow down the blood circulation, which will lead to the obstruction of the internal venous return of the body, and then chronic pelvic congestion will start to appear.

As time goes by, it is easy to cause chronic salpingitis and other gynecological inflammation, thus resulting in blocked fallopian tubes. Females who are too busy to exercise may as well do yoga. There are many movements in yoga, aiming at treating and alleviating gynecological inflammation. Long-term yoga can improve women who have pelvic inflammatory disease, blocked fallopian tubes and appendicitis. Here are three basic movements for you.

1. Bound Angle Pose

With the feet facing each other, open the knees to the side and grasp the feet with both hands;

As you exhale, lower your body forward, keeping your abdomen as close to your toes as possible.

2. Seated Angle Pose

Try to open your feet to both sides, straighten your knees and keep your toes vertical;

Inhale slowly and raise your hands;

Exhale slowly, fall forward at the same time, and try to keep your abdomen close to the ground.

3. Bow Pose

Lie on your back with your arms stretched out on both sides of your body;

One cheek to the ground, legs, and ankles together. Bend your legs and keep your heels close to your hips. Grasp the same ankle with left and right hands respectively;

Inhale, hold your breath and lookup. Slowly and gently pull the legs back to the maximum extent possible (as shown in the figure). Hold your breath and hold for 10 seconds.
